Toner Therapeutic Massage will follow guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), state and local health departments, and all Executive Orders from the Governor of New York State.
You Must Wear A Mask. I will give you an individually wrapped KF94 mask to wear during your massage.
No Walk-In Appointments: At this time, this facility will not accept walk-in appointments. Please call ahead to make an appointment. Late Cancellations: The late cancellation policy is waived. Please let me know if you are not feeling well and I will reschedule your appointment without penalty. Client Guests: At this time, no client guests can be allowed to wait for clients in the reception area or in session rooms. In the event the guest is a legal guardian of the client an exception is made. Pre-Session Screening:
Please expect a text and/or email reminder and health screening 48 and 24 hours before your massage appointment. I will ask: Have you had a fever of 100°F or above in the last 24 hours? Do you now, or have you recently had, any respiratory or flu symptoms, sore throat, or shortness of breath or been diagnosed with COVID-19? Have you been in contact with anyone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 or has Coronavirus-type symptoms in the last 14 days? |
Arrival Procedure:
When you arrive at my facility, I will follow a strict protocol to ensure safety: I will greet you at the door and take your temperature with a no-touch thermal temperature reader and give you your mask. Please remove your shoes once inside the office and wash your hands in the bathroom (sanitized after each use). I will then escort you to the session room. We will discuss our massage goals and form a treatment plan before I leave you to get ready and settled for your massage. I will leave the room after the massage is complete so you can get ready. Afterwards, we will handle all business including payment and rescheduling at the desk. If you develop symptoms of illness or test positive for COVID-19 within two weeks of your massage session, please call me as soon as you can. |
